White Carnival Glass Bowl

Art glass always had a place in my aunt's curio cabinet. She loved the colors and patterns. She taught us at a young age to appreciate the effort and skill that went into glassworking.

She was a big fan of carnival glass in particular, and even though her collection never made it out of the cabinet, she featured a large piece like this one front and center. The characterstic irridescence of the glass is downright mezmerizing.

This bowl is a contemporary piece by Fenton in flawless condition. You can display it prominently like my aunt and pass on what you know to your kids, too. Or your brother's kids. Or the neighborhood kids. Whoever.
