Divided Glass Relish Dish

I never understood why Grandma used this dish for Christmas dinner, because she always filled both sides with the same cranberry relish. What was the point of using the divided dish? I asked Mom about it one year, and she laughed and told me that Grandma just loved to put in on her table because it was so pretty.

And pretty it certainly is. With gold trim ever so delicately applied to the rim, it would be a graceful addition to your Christmas table, as it was for my grandma.

Put as many different things in it as you like. Let the kids wonder.
